After browse our website, if you are interested in some of our products, you can send inquiry here. www.senslights.com When you send inquiry, please kindly send your company and contact information. So, we can recommend appropriate products to you. We are also looking for serious and professional partners. So, we can provide more professional services.

2. How To Place Order

Step 1: you get quotation from our sales

Step 2: you send PO or follow information to our sales 

1) Item number of products you order 

2) Quantity

3) Buyer Name

4) Shipping destination and shipping method (if you are not sure, our sales will advise according to your order)

5) Consignee

Step 3: our sales will send PI(proforma invoice) to you, which include order details, shipment, payment and delivery information

Step 4: if you agrees to PI, please kindly arrange payment.

Step 5: after we receive payment, we will let you know and begin to execute your order. 

Step 6: after shipment, we will send you tracking number(express), AWB(air cargo) or B/L(sea cargo)

Step 7: you get your order and check quality. If it's OK, order process end. 

3. Payment

For sample order, we accept Paypal or T/T(bank transfer) For bulk order, we accept T/T(bank transfer)

4. Shipment

a. For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS. UPS is our prefer.You can assign you own courier. 

b. For larger order, air cargo or sea cargo is the best choice. You can also assign the forwarder to make the transportation.

Warranty Standard

Quality assurance:

SensLights LED lighting products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1, 2, 3 and 5 years depending on the items from the original date of purchase.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not cover acts of nature such as lightning damage, nor does it cover damages caused through mishandling, alteration, abuse, improper installation, surges in electric current, or acts of third parties. Warranty is void if product is not used for the purpose for which this product is manufactured or for failure to follow instructions provided by the seller in writing.

This warranty does not cover costs of removing and re-installing the product or fixture. If the Lighting Product fails for any reason covered by this warranty, simply return it with a copy of the original sales invoice, freight prepaid, and SensLights LED lighting Products shall, at its option, repair the product or, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

The selected power source must be approved by or purchased from SensLights LED lightings products for products to be eligible for this warranty program

The packaging & delivery details as follows:

1. Samples Delivery time: 10-15 days.

2. Senslights Standard packing quantity: 10W-45pcs/ctn, 30W-16pcs/ctn, 50W-12pcs/ctn.

3. Shipping method: Courier (TNT.DHL,FedEx,UPS etc), air freight ,ocean.

After Sales Service

Guarantee: 

1. We guarantee that the equipment we provide are brand new, complete and unused. 

2. In order to support the operation and maintenance of the contracted equipments, the technical materials we provided are complete, clear and correct.

Pre-sale service: 

When the customers need to design schemes, please call us. Our design personnel will provide professional technical schemes for free based on the detailed investigation and study on the construction site and product design. 

Installation and debugging: 

1. Our company will send professionals to conduct site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the schemes and the original manual. If there is any special situation, it is necessary to make changes of part installation scheme, we will coordinate with users. Our company will ensure the consistence of completion time and contracted time. If because of nature or other reason of users, the two parts will discuss and solve the problems.

2. Debugging standard: take the predetermined standards of the manual of our company.

Training:

Our company will train the users based on the manual, system use guide and maintenance guide in accordance with the contract. The training include system use, system maintenance and equipment protection. Either remote training or have a training course at Seetop are acceptable. 

Maintenance:

1. Maintenance principles: response in time, solve problems as soon as possible and ensure the use.

2. Maintenance period: In the Maintenance period of the screen body, free of all maintenance charges; After Maintenance period, only charge the material costs fees free of manual work fees.  

3. Maintenance scope: If the users find any problem that cannot be solved, please contact with our company by phone and fax, we will response as soon as possible, and recover in 8 hours. In order to shorten the maintenance time, our company will deploy some spare parts such as power and chips etc. Under normal use and storage, our company will be responsible for the equipments. If there is any failure in product quality, our company will maintain and change the components for free. In the Maintenance period, if the equipment cannot work in a right way, users should hand in detailed written report to state the details of the problems. 

4. The situation hereinafter is not included in maintenance scope.
A. Normal wearing parts of all equipment.
B. Problems caused by user’s unauthorized modification or incorrect usage.
C. Any malfunction and damage begot by nature or warfare.

5. After the completion of the project, we will conduct life maintenance of the system continuously and perfect the system and update the and software. For the hardware equipment, we only collect expenses on components.

6. After-sale service: regular maintenance, revisit, enquiry for comments, improvement.
